To get started with Chatstacker you need to bring your Channel (Business Service Provider). The Chatstacker API Platform currently supports Meta Cloud API and Twilio only. After registering your WABA — Phone number ( Whatsapp Business Account) with Meta Cloud API or Twilio, you need to signup on Chatstacker and generate your API Key and link the
API Key to your WABA.
Only enterprise clients can deploy to their private servers. All other subscription plans are provided with hosting and storage by Chatstacker and all data stored is encrypted including messages , configurations , contacts and more.
Yes we do — Whatsapp flows and carousel templates were introduced in December 2023 and are full supported in all versions of the Chatstacker API. Check out flows documentation on this link .
Yes — Unfortunately all bots can be tested on your live WABA (Phone Number). The same is also true for campaigns, one has to test with a test audience first. The API however tries to strictly validate to ensure that you do not deploy faulty configurations.
Chatstacker provides concierge support for Enterprise clients. Pro plan users can open tickets with the support team for production issues. Any other issues can be solved through forums. You can most definitely get your contacts and messages downloaded anytime using the Contacts API and you can get your bot configs in JSON format using the Chatbot API . However these JSON configs won't be of much use anywhere outside Chatstacker considering how unconventional bot building platforms are.
